At Cainscross RFC, we care about every member’s wellbeing — on and off the pitch. Mental health matters, and no one should ever feel alone. Whether you’re a player, parent, or supporter, it’s okay to talk about how you’re feeling and to reach out for help when you need it.

We’ve put together a selection of trusted resources and support lines to help anyone who may be struggling.

Heads Up: Our Wellbeing Programme

As part of our commitment to supporting the wellbeing of every young person at Cainscross RFC, we’ve developed Heads Up — our own club wellbeing programme designed to encourage positive conversations around mental health, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Created by the club for our players and families, Heads Up provides practical resources and support to help ensure every young player feels valued, supported and heard.
