Cainscross RFC is proud to share that Heads Up, our club-created wellbeing programme, is now officially underway across our youth section.

Developed entirely by the club, Heads Up has been created to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of our young players, reinforcing our belief that rugby is about far more than what happens on the pitch.

As part of the programme, players have now received their Heads Up wellbeing packs, providing age-appropriate resources designed to encourage positive conversations around mental health, build emotional resilience and remind young people that support is always available.

Heads Up reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment where every player feels valued, included and able to thrive both on and off the field.

We’re incredibly proud to see the programme now in the hands of our players and look forward to continuing to build a club culture where wellbeing is prioritised alongside enjoyment, teamwork and personal growth.

If your child has not yet received their Heads Up pack, please speak to their coach, who will be happy to help.
